Udaipur, also known as the city of lakes, is located in the Rajasthan state of India and is named after the Maharaja Udai Singh II. 2. Lake Pichola

The stunning Pichola lake, along with serene water, was built in the 14th century and has been awarded scenes in a number of Bollywood and Hollywood movies because of its splendid views.  Pichola lake has some islands , two of which are Jag Niwas and Jag Mandir. Jag Niwas is home to the beautiful Taj Lake Palace while Jag Mandir is home to famous Lake Garden Palace.
